I bought my very home completely sight unseen, during the COVID-19 pandemic, while living in another state. Yes, really! Would I have done this with any other realtor? Zero chance. Eileen is the reason I am moving into my dream house tomorrow. We had sold our summer home in Flagstaff Ranch in October of 2024. We decided that we would prefer to work with a new buyers agent to find our next Flagstaff home. We contacted Eileen Taggart because of the good things we had heard about her. We started looking for our next house after our last house sale closed. Eileen is a busy agent but always found enough time for us. She says she answers her phone and she sure does. Eileen is very easy to work with and professional. Our primary residence is in Scottsdale. So if there was a new listing that had appeared on the MLS, Eileen or Thor would go to preview it for us. They would videotape the house and forward it to us and then call us to discuss its pros and cons. If we liked the listing we would go up that day or the next to tour it with them. There really were only a couple of listings that we looked at between 10/24 and 12/24 because of inventory being so low. Between January and May my husband & I were starting to get worried about not having a home for the summer of 2025. It turned out that we ended up putting four offers in on homes in Flagstaff that were accepted. When we got to the inspection, Eileen suggested we use her inspector Chris Jones. Chris was very detail oriented and thorough. Each of the four times sugnificant problems were found out that needed repairing. Eileen would contact subcontractors that she had worked with in the past and have them come out ASAP to the home to give us an estimate on what the repairs would cost. Then we would let the sellers agent know what we wanted to have credited or fixed. It was very eye opening. So many people do not disclose what problems have occurred to their homes while they owned it. The owners agent would get back to us with their responses and we would discuss it with Eileen. Four times we ended up walking away from the sale after hearing what the owners were or weren't going to do. Eileen kept her kool through the entire process. Her goal was to find a home that we loved and would be comfortable & happy living in. With Eileen's dedication, in May we found the 5th house and put in another offer that was accepted. It was truly a one of a kind house on the golf course at Continental Country Club. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Eileen, you're the best.

Eileen was referred to us by a local contractor in Flagstaff. This was a rental home and we live 1500 miles away in Washington, so we were selling remotely which requires great trust in your agent.
